Switching to Electronic Smoking

Electronic cigarettes are intended for use by smokers, aged 18 plus - they should not be used by non-smokers, children, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people with or at risk of; heart disease, high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, or who are taking medication for depression or asthma or other conditions. Before changing to electronic cigarettes we recommend that you contact your GP/Doctor for advice.

Age Verification

We are both morally and legally required to ensure that we do not sell electronic cigarettes to anyone under the age of 18. We require users to acknowledge that they are at least 18 years of age when creating an account. Additionally, by placing an order with us, users also consent to their data being used by our partner service - VerifyMyAge - to verify this information. Sometimes this process happens automatically however at other times VerifyMyAge may send you SMS and/or Email messages to support the verification process.

Product

All our sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur. Colours may not be exact due to reproduction limitations and resolution settings of your computer.
No goods are tested or sold as being fit for a specific purpose unless expressly agreed in writing

Discount Vouchers

We may provide or offer discounts and vouchers in various forms which will generally be valid against most products. Some products may be excluded from discounts. An item that is excluded from such discounts will be marked / highlighted as such after being added to the shopping bag/basket. We reserve the right to withdraw a voucher at any time. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Warranty

Devices and batteries have a 30 day warranty unless otherwise specified. Batteries should only be charged using the recommended USB charger plugged into a USB enabled device such as a computer. We do not recommend using USB enabled wall plugs with an output of over 500mah and you should never leave batteries unattended whilst charging - overnight charges are also not recommended as the average full charge a battery requires  is less than 3 hours. Clearomisers/cartomisers/atomisers are consumables and can fail very quickly if used with no liquid and cannot therefore be returned once placed into device and used. We aim to be as fair as we possibly can and if we are able to provide an extended warranty on some items (e.g. because we get the same from our supplier), then we will do our best. Some items may have a manufacturer warranty only and this will be outlined in the product description. All clearance items have a limited, maximum 14 day warranty.

Legal bit

All our consumer contracts are governed by English law and shall fall under the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. Until your credit or debit card has been charged for the sale of our products and we then accept the offer, no contract will exist or apply between us. We reserve the right to decline and refund an order without giving a reason. Goods will not be released until all funds have fully cleared into our account.
