How do I buy online?
It's easy, but you must be 18 years of age and not buying on behalf of anyone younger than 18. All you need is an email address and a valid method of payment (see below). Simply add the required items to your bag and when you've finished shopping click the "View bag" link at the top right of the page. From there, selecting the "Checkout" button will direct you to our secure server where we can collect your billing and delivery information before requesting payment.

Once paid for, you will receive an automated confirmation of your order. Your items will usually be despatched the same day for orders placed before 3pm (UK time). You will receive a second email confirming despatch of your order which will also include a tracking number if applicable. Please be sure to read our terms and conditions before making a purchase.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment processing is securely handled by WorldPay which provides a safe, secure environment where you can shop with confidence. We do not store - or even have access to - your card information.

How do I know whether an item is in stock?
If the item can be added to your bag, then the item should be in stock or available for dispatch within 1 working day. In the event that your item is out of stock when we receive your order, you will be contacted immediately and offered an alternative delivery date or an instant refund.

I've placed an order, when can I expect my item(s)?
We pride ourselves on customer service and this includes fast despatch times where at all possible. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will usually be delivered within 1 or 2 days  in the UK (this also includes Saturday delivery where possible), but can take longer. Any orders placed on Saturday will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday. Non UK orders will typically take between 3 to 10 days, but can take longer. Please note that payments must be fully cleared before goods will be released, so payment by e-cheque for instance will delay an order considerably.
