Free UK DeliveryIf you live in the UK, standard delivery will cost you nothing if you spend over £40 1. . If you order before 3pm (UK Time) your order will be despatched the same day where at all possible 2.. If you live within the UK, it should arrive within 1 or 2 days in most cases, but can take longer. Deliveries to non UK destinations will typically take 3 to 10 days 3. .
We always aim to deliver your order within the specified times but it is not possible for us to guarantee delivery dates since these are ultimately beyond our control. It is possible that factors such as delays in payment processing, fraud screening, weather conditions and courier issues could delay your order. We will try our very best though!
Please be sure to provide full address information (including any business name) to prevent delays or problems with deliveries.

Delivery UpgradesUK orders have the option to upgrade delivery to a faster, "Next Working Day" or "weekend" service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed), or other courier such as DPD 1. Please note that Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the local Royal Mail delivery office, unless a Saturday Delivery is selected and paid for. We subsidise the costs for a delivery upgrade and we cannot refund the costs in the unlikely event that any courier does not deliver on time for whatever reason.
1. 'Next working day' means the next working day after despatch. If you place an order on a weekend, or a holiday, your order will of course take longer to arrive as we are not there to despatch it until the next working day.
DPD CourierIf you provide us with a mobile phone number and you choose DPD, you will be able to receive text alerts about your delivery. DPD has the added advantage of usually being able to provide a ONE HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW (UK Only), so you don't have to wait around all day. On the day of delivery, DPD's new 'Follow My Parcel' option enables you to see exactly where the van is and in many cases narrow your delivery slot down to a mere FIFTEEN MINUTES - it's a really great service! Please note that whilst DPD deliveries are NOT GUARANTEED, in the majority of cases they are on time. We subsidise the costs for a delivery upgrade and we cannot refund the costs in the unlikely event that DPD does not deliver on time for whatever reason.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?Some deliveries may require a signature from the courier so you may need to be available to accept delivery in person. If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery and giving contact details for the courier company. Please note that we will send to the address that you provide but we cannot be responsible for who receives it there (i.e. shared mail environments) - it is the buyers responsibility to provide a secure address.
What happens if my order is damaged, or not delivered by the courier?
In the unlikely event that the courier loses or damages an item in transit we will try to help wherever possible however, we can accept no liability ourselves in this situation. If an item has tracking information (such as Special Delivery) we may make an exception but this is solely at our discretion. The courier should be notified of any open or damaged packaging before items are signed for.
Customs or import charges (Overseas Orders):
The customer is responsible for any import charges or duties that may apply. If an item is returned to us by customs, then we will provide a refund but the refund will be less any charges incurred by us, e.g. postage. If an item is seized by customs this will be the customers responsibility to take up with the relevent customs authority involved. We will try to help wherever possible.
Which countries do we sell to?Many international destinations have introduced very strict restrictions on Lithium batteries and eLiquid. We are looking at each country individually and adding them back one by one over the next few weeks
