How do I buy online?

It's easy, all you need is an email address and a valid method of payment (see below). Simply add the required items to your bag and when you've finished shopping click the "View bag" link at the top right of the page. From there, selecting the "Checkout" button will direct you to our secure server where we can collect your billing and delivery information before requesting payment.

Once paid for, you will receive an automated confirmation of your order. Your items will usually be despatched the same day for orders placed before 4pm (UK time). You will receive a second email confirming despatch of your order which will also include a tracking number.

We aim for next day delivery where possible but overseas destinations can take between 3 to 10 days, sometimes longer. If required, the tracking number can be entered into our website on our tracking page which should provide further delivery information whilst the goods are in transit.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We do not store credit card information, credit card processing is securely handled by SagePay.

How do I know whether an item is in stock?

If the item can be added to your bag, then the item should be in stock. In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock when we receive your order, you will be contacted immediately and offered an alternative delivery date or an instant refund.

I've placed an order, when can I expect my item(s)?

At Vapour Room we pride ourselves on customer service, part of this is fast FREE delivery (UK mainland only). Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will usually be delivered the next day within the UK (this also includes Saturday delivery where possible). Any orders placed on Saturday will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday. Non UK orders will typically take between 3 to 10 days, but can take longer.

I have received my item/s and there is a problem, what is your returns process.

Vapour Room want all customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Full details can be found on our returns page.

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes, if you would prefer to speak to someone over the phone then please call us and we can take your order over the telephone.
